Cross your fingers with Future Shop

Have you recently bought something from Future Shop becuase of there great pricing? Cross your fingers then! I will go over the experiences I have had in the last three years with Future Shop. Right off the start I would like to say that this business doesnt deserve to be in business. A few years back my mother had problems with her computer. She was trying to wait for me to come down to fix it as I was living up in Prince George at the time. My mother couldnt wait any longer as she is an account and relies heavily on her computer. She brought it in to future shop and replaced the computer with a new one as there was to much wrong with it to fix. Which really shocks me now so the computer must have been really messed up. I know they said the ram, disk drive and windows was failing. Not sure if anything else was wrong with it, but being that it was from future shop i am sure there was. After they gave it back but none of her software was on the computer that was on on the corrupted computer. When she phoned back they said no problem that they would put all her software and back-ups on the new computer. When she went back the second time to pick up her computer they actually charged her money this time to load all that up even though it was there corrupted computer that started the problems. Ok so its really not so bad yet, but wait till you read this.
