The Toshiba Satellite E105-S1802 is a 14.1 widescreen general-purpose laptop from Toshiba. It features an Intel Core 2 Duo P7450 processor, 4GB RAM and a 500GB hard drive. Other features include a Mobile Intel 4500MHD graphics media accelerator, a DVD super-multi drive, and a display resolution of 1280 x 800. The unit also includes Windows 7 Home Premium pre-installed, a biometric fingerprint reader, and a built-in webcam and microphone.
